on one campus in Valdosta, Georgia.

Valdosta Family Medicine and Walk-In-Center is located at 2412 N Oak Street at the corner of Gornto Road.

Valdosta Specialty Clinic is located in North Oak Medical Plaza at 2418 N Oak Street.

The Walk-In Center is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours may change during holidays and inclement weather.

Our family physicians offer appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
