Jessica J. White, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Valdosta Family Medicine, P.C., in Valdosta, Georgia.
She spent most of her young life in Huntsville, Alabama, and received a Bachelor of Science, graduating summa cum laude, at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She then received her medical doctorate from Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan. Following medical school, Dr. White was then introduced to (and eventually fell in love with) Georgia during her internal medicine residency in Rome, Georgia, where she was chief resident.
Dr. White is board certified in internal medicine through the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. White is also on staff at South Georgia Medical Center as a hospitalist. She is interested in bridging health disparities and places heavy emphasis on preventative medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. White enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Taylor Martin, and their rat terrier, Aizen. Her hobbies include musical theatre, painting, spending time outdoors/camping, and gardening.
