My son started with VFM in October of 2022, I believe. He came from the state of Washington. He had no health insurance from switching jobs, so I had to purchase some for him. I had no experience in purchasing health insurance, because my husband and I have had Tricare Prime, from him being in the military. I ended purchasing an insurance that was short term, costly and did not cover what the insurance agent said it was going to cover. In other words, we had to pay out the nose for things I should not have had to pay for, for my son. I want to thank the ladies that work in the billing department. They really really helped us, and went after that insurance company, and had them cover things that was clearly stated in their policy, they covered. There are some really crooked health insurance agencies out there that want your money, and are definitely not in the market to help the policy holder. These ladies really saved us from having to pay 1000's of dollars that we did not need to pay. My son was already having major expenses to see about, as well as my husband and I, and what this company was doing was really crippling us financially. It was also causing us to have a big outstanding bill each time my son had to go into the dr. And it was embarrassing. I again want to thank these ladies for taking the time out of their very busy schedule to help my family. This scamming company made it difficult for anyone to reach them and rarely returned calls. Thank you again billing department, for your hard work and dedication, and making a BIG difference in this families life. I'm so happy that we now have a great health insurance policy for my son. Do your homework, ask around about the right kind of health insurance to purchase. God bless!!!

Dr. Jessica White is very caring and takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on and then comes up with solutions. She cares about her patients. There is another doctor in the practice that I would definitely NOT recommend. My husband sees him and this doctor will NOT return a call to him. He’s been waiting 9 months for a diagnosis and results to correct his health issues.

First time I experienced sitting in the second sitting room way too long had to ask someone to check to see if they had already called my name first time other than that five stars for every other time that I've been

I arrived about 10 min early figuring I was going to have to wait to get my shot. I was seen in less than 5 min went to the back I barely sat down and was called and shown a room. The tech came in gave me my shot and I was on my way in less than 15 min. Now that is what I call great service
