My experience for my appointment went well; it was a little lengthy; but I was able to pass the time talking to other patients. I was treated with respect from the staff and the Dr. Williams. The thing I like most is that Dr. Williams give me his undivided attention as well he make me fell that he cares about my health. He is through with helping me understand the health plan for me. Valdosta Family Medicine is a great medical treatment Center, that I encourage anyone in need of medical assistance to contact. Valdosta Family Medicine.

Really, really long wait times. I waited 20 min to be called back, then 20 min before i saw anyone, then once my visit was finished (and Dr White was great, by the way), then i waited another 30 min for lab work. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple physical + labs. Just seemed really excessive.

The PA which is a student still at VSU was very polite and very detailed. I hope y'all hire her when she graduates. She will be a plus for your staff. Of course Dr. Bishop was great as always. Fred Kestler
